Dr. Cynthia Westbrook, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
For as long as I can remember I have loved people, animals and nature. Living in and serving the people of the Monterey Peninsula for over 25 years is a continual blessing. I bring this passion to my work as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In our office you will experience genuine warmth, caring, expertise and results. The warmth and caring come from my heart and the expertise comes from many years of dedication, hard work and continuing education.
My journey began in high school with a fascination of the human body. It continued at Humbolt State University where I received a bachelors degree in nutrition in 1979. From there I went on to complete two years of pre-med studies with a focus on biology, zoology and physics. In 1986, I was accepted into Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in San Jose, California. Upon graduation in 1990, I went into private practice with my husband, Dr. Richard Westbrook. Each year I take re-licensing and advanced technique courses to keep current on the latest developments in the field. The adjusting technique I use is called “Activator Methods.” This advanced instrument adjusting technique is both gentle and effective.
